Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Miami site. You will pick/pack orders, receive shipments, manage inventory, and support drivers to ensure accurate, timely delivery. The role requires standing, lifting up to 49 pounds, and operating site equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (1st/2nd/3rd) and weekends/nights.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and verify pallets against purchase orders; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving; ensure FIFO and clean workspace.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items per recipes and standards.
