Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Lubbock site. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and kitchen tasks as applicable, while ensuring accuracy and safety across the facility.

The role supports customer delivery readiness, stock control, and adherence to health and sanitation guidelines. A flexible schedule and physical stamina are required for shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (including peak times).
• Familiarity with basic web-based software like Google G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs orders.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of orders; ensure accuracy.
