Job summary

Gopuff in College Station, TX is hiring Operations Associates to join our fast-paced site team. You will pick and pack orders, receive shipments, manage inventory and help prep orders for delivery while following health and safety guidelines.

The role requires stand/walk during shifts, lifting up to 49 pounds, and flexibility across shifts. Prior retail or restaurant experience is a plus and familiarity with Google G-Suite is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Familiarity with basic web-based software (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and ensure inventory matches PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Handle, scan and move product safely and efficiently.
• Work in freezer locations periodically throughout shifts.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
