Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to support the site operations, including picking, packing, and receiving product for delivery. You’ll work with drivers and other team members to meet inventory accuracy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for long shifts.
• Comfort with basic computer apps and inventory systems.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including earlies/afternoons/nights.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive pallets from vendors and reconcile inventory with orders.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to control waste and spoilage.
• Communicate substitutions or stock issues to customers.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and related equipment safely.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery or pickup.
