Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at our Bellevue community. You will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, ensure safety standards, and maintain property condition while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include on-site supervision, budgeting for supplies, and participating in after-hours emergency coverage, all under the Community Manager's guidance. Strong knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Manage inventory and budget adherence.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
