Job summary

Eurest is hiring an on-call Audio Visual Technician at Firstwave – 1 Coca Cola Plaza, Atlanta, GA. The schedule is on-call, Monday to Friday with hours varying. Requires 1+ year AV/event support experience and strong communication.

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible positions. Responsibilities include meeting client AV needs, assisting with conference room setups, maintaining equipment, and providing technical support during events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience supporting audio visual for events.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews customer and meeting planner requests from the reservation system and provides equipment/assistance at the time and place necessary.
• Provides problem escalation support and issue resolution.
• Provides technical assistance for all meetings and customers that require tech services for their events.
• Follows SOPs for audio-visual support as provided by the AV Manager.
