Job summary

Eurest in Bothell, WA is seeking an on-call Audio Visual Technician to support events and meetings at Firstwave. You will interface AV and presentation technology, ensuring all client requirements are met and providing timely responses to inquiries for space or service needs.

You will manage equipment, assist with room setups, provide technical assistance, educate clients on AV operation, and escalate issues with the AV team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience supporting audio visual for events.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews customer and meeting planner requests from the reservation system and provides equipment/assistance at the time and place necessary.
• Provides technical assistance for meetings and events requiring tech services.
• Follows SOPs for audio-visual support as provided by the AV Manager and Director of Technology and Operations.
• Assists with conference room set-ups and breakdowns and keeps AV storerooms organized.
