Job summary

Qualifications

• ASOT degree from an accredited OT program.
• NBCOT certification upon hire.
• Active state licensure required; maintain license in good standing.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate.
• Liaisons with patients, families, and departments to plan for patient needs.
• Follow occupational treatment plans under OT supervision; document appropriately.
• Demonstrate good body mechanics and professional conduct.
