Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct rehabilitation services in accordance with physician referrals and Life Care standards. You will participate in community health activities and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan patient needs.

Candidates should have NBCOT certification, an active OT license, and a BSOT/MSOT. CPR must be current; new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certified upon hire, renewal optional
• Graduate of accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
• Active state licensure in good standing
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome

Responsibilities

• Follow OT treatment plans for activities of daily living
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals
• Oversee care by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
• Chart appropriately and timely
• Utilize therapy software accurately
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
