Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Morehead, Kentucky seeks a COTA to provide direct occupational therapy under supervision of a licensed OT, following established plans and Life Care standards.

The position requires NBCOT certification on hire, an active state license, CPR, and relates to post-acute care in a team-focused environment. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available. Experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire (renewal optional).
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT).
• Current state license in good standing.
• 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow OT-directed treatment plans and document progress.
• Chart patient information accurately and promptly.
• Utilize therapy software for sessions and recordkeeping.
• Provide excellent customer service and compassionate care to patients.
