Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a COTA to provide direct rehab care in occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT and per physician referral. New grads are welcome; NBCOT certification and active state licensure are required. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.

The role involves following treatment plans, charting, and using therapy software while maintaining patient relationships and professional conduct. CPR is required at hire or during orientation.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional
• Graduate of accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT)
• Current active state license in good standing
• New grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current
