Life Care Centers of America is seeking a COTA to provide direct occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will follow treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a post-acute setting.

The ideal candidate is NBCOT-certified (on hire) with an accredited OT program (ASOT) and active state licensure. CPR is required at hire or during orientation, with a commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• NBCOT certification obtained upon hire.
• Graduate of accredited OT program (ASOT).
• Active OT license in good standing throughout employment.
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Follow OT treatment plans under the supervising OT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in evacuation of patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
