Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in San Antonio, TX. You will generate leads, show apartments, and secure leases in line with Fair Housing guidelines, while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include marketing, leasing documents, rent Cafe data entry, and collaboration with the Community Manager to drive occupancy and revenue in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Strong sales and closing skills expected.
• Excellent organizational and customer service abilities.
• Ability to meet closing ratios and reports scores per guidelines.
• Yardi Voyager and YieldStar experience preferred.
• MS Office/Excel skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Community Manager and staff to market and lease units.
• Prepare new leases and renewals; process applications.
• Assist at other BH communities as needed.
• Travel for training; may travel for company business.
• Maintain knowledge of community, pricing, specials and floor plans.
• Enter prospect data into Rent Cafe and manage leasing files.
