Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires regular on-site presence, showing units, generating leads, and guiding prospects from tour to signed lease.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of housing laws. You will support marketing efforts, maintain lease paperwork, and ensure resident satisfaction while representing the community professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic on-site software and systems knowledge.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Close leasing transactions and sign leases.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations.
• Ensure policy compliance and upkeep of the property.
