Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. Regular on-site attendance and strong customer service are essential.

You will show units, qualify applicants, tour communities, and finalize leases while maintaining accurate records and supporting retention efforts. This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management operations.
• Ability to greet, tour, qualify, and move in prospective residents.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in residents; greet, qualify, tour the community and sign leases.
• Maintain leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours, and meet leasing goals.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
