Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the community, partnering closely with the Community Manager to hit occupancy targets. The role leads the leasing team, drives resident relations, and ensures lease files comply with policies.

You'll develop annual marketing plans, supervise events, maintain market knowledge, and coordinate with staff for effective leasing and renewals. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property and partner with the Community Manager to set goals and plans.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve effective leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations.
• Audit all lease files to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Address resident complaints and implement retention programs to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist in developing the annual marketing plan and marketing budget.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Plan and supervise leasing/renewal events and monitor market conditions.
• Ensure staff training and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor's degree preferred or housing industry experience
