Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. On-site attendance is required; the role includes greeting, qualifying, touring, and signing leases, plus generating leads and closing sales.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales, generate leads, conduct tours, and complete all leasing paperwork.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support with lease audits, unit walks, and the turn process.
• Provide excellent resident relations and handle complaints and requests.
