Job summary

Total Talent Solutions is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician for Phoenix, AZ on a direct hire basis. The role covers preventive maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and other building systems while ensuring top-notch customer service.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license. Travel locally and document work orders using company tools are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade certification or related education in HVAC/electrical/plumbing/construction/maintenance preferred.
• 2–5 years of commercial maintenance or facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; ability to use mobile devices and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial properties.
• Complete plumbing repairs including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixtures.
• Conduct minor electrical repairs such as replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and bulbs.
• Perform painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry work.
• Complete building, equipment, and asset inspections.
• Update work orders, service reports, and inspection documentation using company technology.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Travel locally between customer locations using a company-provided vehicle.
• Provide repair and project estimates when needed.
