Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed.
• Perform general carpentry such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, door/lock repair, and tile work.
• Conduct preventive maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinkler, and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to the satisfaction of residents.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Assist with property emergencies and communicate issues to the supervisor promptly.
