Job summary

Mark-Taylor, Arizona’s leading apartment developer and manager, is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician in Phoenix. You’ll help keep communities running smoothly by performing maintenance repairs, making ready units, and ensuring safety and quality across properties.

You’ll use knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and pool maintenance, work with a team, and provide five-star service. The role includes on-call shifts with a $3/hour incentive and certification pay opportunities,

Qualifications

General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and OSHA standards.
Knowledge of building systems.
Service orientation.
Basic computer skills.
Experience as apartment turn technician, make ready technician, or work order technician is highly desirable.
Basic written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

Assist in completing make-ready units and maintain supply of make-ready units.
Troubleshoot and repair minor AC/Heating, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall.
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units.
Perform daily pool care and maintain chemical balance and safety.
Perform minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Manager of Facilities and Service.
Share on-call duties and respond in uniform when needed.
Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
