Staffmark Group is hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire role in Phoenix, AZ. The technician will maintain and repair commercial buildings, performing preventive maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general building trades.

Required: high school diploma and 2–5 years in maintenance with a valid driver’s license. Pay ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 hourly, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a benefits package varying by client.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial maintenance or facilities experience.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and building repairs.
• HVAC equipment troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial properties.
• Complete plumbing repairs including unclogging drains and leaking fixes.
• Carry out electrical work such as replacing outlets, switches, and fixtures.
• Conduct painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry tasks.
• Update service reports and inspections in company systems.
• Travel locally between client locations in company-provided vehicle.
