Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Multi-Site Service Technician to support POD 4 communities in Mesa & Chandler, AZ. You will help keep properties running smoothly by performing maintenance repairs and upkeep while delivering five-star resident service.

Ideal candidates have experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical troubleshooting, and solid knowledge of building systems. This full-time role offers on-site work, competitive hourly pay, on-call incentive, and certification pay

Qualifications

Experience as apartment turn technician or similar maintenance role preferred.
General knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
Ability to complete maintenance requests efficiently with resident service.
Knowledge of building systems and safety practices.
Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and drywall.
Perform preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
Perform daily pool care and maintain proper chemical balance.
Inspect property for safety hazards and report to the Manager of Facilities.
Share on-call duty and be available in uniform with the team.
Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
