Howard Hanna Mortgage in the Indianapolis area seeks motivated Loan Originators to deliver top-tier service to clients, colleagues, and communities. You will research loan options, guide clients through application, approval, and closing, and help them navigate cost-effective solutions.

A successful candidate will hold a mortgage banking license and have strong communication, relationship-building, and knowledge of FHA/VA, USDA, and conventional loans.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator with a verifiable sales track record preferred.
• Have a Mortgage banking license under DFI and NMLS.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, listen, and build relationships with clients and team members.

Responsabilités

• Build healthy relationships with agents and applicants to ensure repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate business leads.
• Host or attend events to promote mortgage products to potential clients.
• Stay informed about local market trends, lending rates, and regulatory changes.
• Explain mortgage options and prepare lending packages based on client needs.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and verify documents for accuracy.
