• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educating on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverages digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate product value.
• Participates in training, reviews results and store updates to stay customer-ready at all times.
• Supports store operations, opening/closing procedures, and asset security.
