Job summary

The Paramount Schools of Excellence is seeking a PSOE Middle School Flex Teacher to implement curriculum, plan lessons, and manage classrooms for science and social studies with cross-curricular ELA and Math standards.

You will disaggregate data, coordinate with special education teams, and ensure alignment with IEPs, 504 plans, and district expectations while fostering community involvement and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana State Teaching License or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in education field.

• Annual training and professional development required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct instruction in whole-class, small-group, and individual settings.
• Maintains high-quality instruction and expectations for students.
• Uses data-driven instruction and PSOE frameworks to ensure delivery of standards-driven instruction to all students.
• Completes assessments, grading, planning, and conferences with students, staff, and families within appropriate timelines.
• Supports students with exceptional needs per IEP/504 plans and related services.
