Job summary

Paramount Schools of Excellence is seeking a PSOE Classroom Teacher to provide direct instruction and curriculum implementation for middle school math. You will plan lessons, disaggregate data, and manage classroom behavior while ensuring compliance with IEPs and 504 plans and maintaining strong parent relations.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana State Teaching License or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in education.
• Commitment to quality programs and data-driven instruction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Direct instruction with curriculum implementation and lesson planning.
• Data disaggregation and reporting; use of PSOE frameworks to drive instruction.
• Manage classroom, behavior, and individual education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans.
• Maintain effective family communication and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with school staff and administration on student progress and support.
