Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct instruction in whole-class, small-group, and individual settings.
• Maintains high-quality instruction and clear expectations for students.
• Uses data-driven instruction and PSOE frameworks to ensure standards-driven delivery.
• Completes assessments, grading, planning, and conferences with students, staff, and families.
• Collaborates with SPED staff, school counselor, and other professionals to support students with exceptional needs.
• Ensures implementation of IEPs and 504 plans in the classroom.
• Maintains regular family communication and community partnerships.
• Documents reports and maintains cumulative folders for current students.
• Participates in school committees and supports ongoing operations.
