Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team and act as a key contact throughout the process. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate data in ATS, and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in recruiting or HR coordination, with excellent organization and communication skills. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits as part of a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative coordination, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day recruiting activities from applicant screening through onboarding.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters, managers, and leads.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS and HR systems.
• Post and manage job openings across platforms and track recruitment activity.
• Assist with high-volume recruiting initiatives and pre-employment processes.
• Support recruiters with offer preparation and candidate follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
