Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Recruiting team. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate information in ATS, and support high-volume hiring across manufacturing and administrative roles.

Work closely with recruiters and HR to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely movements through the hiring process. This role is based in Pooler, GA, with a comprehensive benefits package and career growth

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of recruiting or HR-related experience preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day recruiting activities from screening through onboarding.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters, managers, and leadership.
  • Communicate interview schedules and next steps with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS and HR systems.
  • Post and maintain job openings on approved platforms and internal sites.
  • Monitor applicant flow and provide updates to recruiting teams.
  • Assist with high-volume recruiting initiatives across manufacturing and admin roles.
  • Prepare interview schedules, candidate packets, and recruiting reports.
  • Assist with pre-employment processes and background checks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
  • Support offer preparation and candidate follow-up.
  • Track candidates and follow up to prevent delays.
  • Assist onboarding and ensure completion of pre-employment steps.
  • Communicate staffing needs and recruitment status with hiring managers.
  • Ensure processes align with policy and employment laws.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and on-site interviews; manage calendars.
  • Arrange candidate travel and onsite interview logistics; support executive-level visits.

Position Purpose

The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Recruiting team and serves as a key point of contact throughout the recruitment process. This position coordinates recruiting activities, supports high-volume hiring initiatives, maintains accurate candidate and applicant information, and helps ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.

The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with recruiters, Human Resources and other internal stakeholders to coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, track recruitment activity, and support JCB North America’s workforce needs.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the recruiting process from applicant screening through onboarding.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, supervisors, and department leadership.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview schedules, next steps, required documentation, and employment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR systems.
  • Post and maintain job openings across approved recruiting platforms and internal career sites.
  • Monitor applicant flow and provide recruiting teams with updates regarding open positions.
  • Assist with high-volume recruiting initiatives, including manufacturing, fabrication, welding, production, skilled trades, technical, and administrative positions.
  • Prepare interview schedules, candidate packets, recruiting reports, and other recruitment-related documentation.
  • Assist with pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screening, employment verification, and required paperwork, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
  • Support recruiters with offer preparation, candidate follow-up, and pre-employment communication.
  • Track candidates throughout the recruitment process and follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and ensure new hires have completed required pre-employment and onboarding activities.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with hiring managers regarding staffing needs, candidate availability, interview schedules, and recruitment status.
  • Ensure recruiting activities are conducted consistently with JCB policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews which includes managing complex interview calendars for hiring managers and executives.
  • Arrange candidate travel, lodging, and itinerary logistics including coordinating executive-level onsite interview experiences and facility tours
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.
  • Other duties as assigned
Because JCB North America operates in a manufacturing environment, the Recruiting Coordinator may provide additional support for high-volume hourly recruiting, including:
  • Coordinating interviews for production, fabrication, welding, assembly, maintenance, quality, and other manufacturing positions.
  • Supporting department-specific interview schedules and hiring events.
  • Coordinating skills assessments or testing when required for specific positions.
  • Supporting rapid recruiting initiatives when production or departmental staffing requirements increase.
  • Maintaining organized candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill skilled-trade positions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Needs to have 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, administrative coordination, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
