Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator, Warehousing Client Services to coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments by communicating directly with customers and carriers. The role requires strong client service skills and close collaboration with the warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will manage paperwork, data entry in the WMS, and timely notifications to clients, while ensuring accuracy of orders, receipts, and shipments.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general software applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to write detailed business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Engage in solutions-based communication with clients.
• Interface with the warehouse team to ensure accurate processing of orders.
• Process transactions in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with operations to source transportation for moves.
• Provide proactive client notifications and follow-ups.
• Act as liaison between clients, warehouse operations, and administration.
• Direct drivers to appropriate docks.
