Penske Logistics is seeking a proven Operations Manager to lead a warehousing operation in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on leading teams, exceeding customer KPIs, and driving operational excellence while managing resources and safety.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of related experience with 3+ years in supervisory roles, and a strong track record in planning, execution and financial targets. Strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–6 years of related experience.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience in DC/warehouse management.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead, communicate with and develop associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to exceed customer KPIs and objectives.
• Interact daily with local customer to understand needs.
• Identify operational improvements in inventory accuracy and warehouse ops.
• Collaborate with Penske sites to share best practices and resources.
• Develop and execute annual financial and operating plans.
• Maintain a safe, incident-free culture at the operation.
