Qualifications

• 4–6 years related functional experience in logistics/supply chain.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience in distribution center management.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors and associates, ensuring training and competency aligned with customer objectives.
• Meet or exceed customer KPIs; interact with local customer to understand needs.
• Develop and execute annual financial and operating plan; manage P&L impact.
• Drives safety culture and continuous improvement; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings for the customer and Penske.
