Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a proven leader to provide operational leadership at one of our warehousing operations in San Antonio, TX. The supervisor will oversee daily tasks including loading/unloading, cross-docking, and customer service, while aligning with cost objectives and performance standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage time and resources, and hands-on leadership of a unionized/ hourly workforce.

Qualifications

• Strong written/oral communication skills are required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly workforce to ensure execution of daily tasks.
• Coordinate loading/unloading, cross-docking and customer service operations ensuring cost objectives.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to improve productivity.
