Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change.
• Ownership and accountability to run the operation with urgency.
• Ability to build rapport with associates and customers.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and work required schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train supervisors and hourly staff to meet customer objectives.
• Communicate performance standards, coach and counsel staff.
• Hire interviews and manage attendance and productivity.
• Provide coverage during time off.
• Understand site operating systems, ensure compliance.
• Complete records and reports accurately.
• Supervise logistics ops including dispatch, documentation.
• Conduct team meetings and evaluate methods to boost productivity.
• Manage overtime to meet productivity targets.
• Ensure safety alignment with location strategy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan fleet usage and maintain equipment.
