Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in tradeshow coordination or event operations.
Experience supporting live events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% and work varied hours.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and customer events.
Travel to event locations to provide hands-on support before, during, and after each event.
Assist with booth setup and teardown, including displays, signage, furniture, and literature.
Ensure event materials and services are delivered, tested, and ready before opening.
Maintain a professional booth environment and manage inventory for events.
Coordinate vendor quotes, orders, invoices, and deadlines for events.
Provide on-site support to sales, executives, and engineers during events.
Capture event data and assist with post-event reporting and ROI analysis.
