You will coordinate shipments, ensure documentation accuracy, maintain classifications, and optimize costs while collaborating with scientists, engineers, procurement, and program managers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in logistics for high‑tech manufacturing or related industries, and a pre‑employment drug test may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics/transportation for high‑tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process shipments with accurate documentation and on‑time delivery.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs and improve service.
• Serve as primary logistics contact for inquiries including carrier failures and customs delays.
• Research and maintain product classifications (HTS, Schedule B, ECCNs, origin).
• Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, hazardous materials, customs, and export controls.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and AES/EEI filings.
• Track shipments from origin to delivery and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Build dashboards and reports on tariffs, freight, and KPI metrics.
