Qualifications

• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers through the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with an internal drive and goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan options.
