Qualifications

• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to explain loan products clearly and empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy and results toward goals.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers throughout the loan life cycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems; educate on optional insurance.
