Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring site readiness and smooth event execution under supervision.

You will deliver strong customer service, maintain client relations on site, assist with invoicing and Navigator entries, and troubleshoot simple equipment issues. A high school diploma is required, a driver's license is needed, and some AV experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore's Global Learning Training Program.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete system entries and paperwork accurately, including Navigator entries.
• Assist with invoicing and floor up-selling to increase revenue.
