Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at one of our properties in Garland, TX. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will leverage OneSite/Yardi, track data, manage show units, and support renewal letters and packages. The role involves meeting occupancy targets and delivering resident satisfaction while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Coordinate leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages; process applications and screenings.
• Conduct property tours, greet prospects, and qualify leads.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and renewals.
• Track data in on-site software and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
