Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a residential community in Arlington. You will drive occupancy, handle tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing the lease and move-in package.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures move-in readiness, scheduling maintenance as needed.
• Stays informed about market conditions and develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing.
• Uses on-site management software to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
