Qualifikationen

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Fair Housing training/class.
• Minimum: One year of customer service, sales, or community experience.
• Preferred: Residential Assistant or Property Management leasing experience; related sales/restaurant experience.

Aufgaben

• Leasing: greet, show, lease, qualify applicants, process leases, run background/credit checks.
• Marketing: research, implement approved marketing techniques, plan resident events, handle inquiries.
• Accurate Reporting: enter bills, collect payments, read ledgers, adjust rents.
• Physical Plant: inspect grounds, assist with move-ins/outs, unit inspections.
• Projects: complete directed projects by Leasing/Property Manager.
