Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking a Property Manager in Pittsburgh to lead all daily operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations, acting as the CEO of the community. You will build a high-performing onsite team, coordinate with regional and home-office support, and report on community performance.

The role requires 4+ years in leasing or operations in student housing, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a track record of exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable experience in the student housing space.
• 4+ years in leasing or operations in the student housing or residential property management industry.
• People management experience and the ability to motivate and build a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site employees, empowering them to exceed duties.
• Oversee property performance including HR, accounting, leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop renewal and marketing campaigns to meet leasing goals.
• Maintain budget and obtain approvals for expenses exceeding budget.
• Lead all Turn activities for the property to ensure a smooth Turn season.
• Oversee security needs and implement new protocols with maintenance.
