Qualifications

• Customer service and sales focus in a fast-paced leasing environment.
• Ability to manage move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for walk-ins, calls and emails.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Record data using Yardi Property Management software and generate reports.
• Assist in marketing listings and updates on ILS platforms.
• Provide general administrative support to the Community Director and team.
