Job summary

The Neiders Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support a small portfolio of nearby communities across multiple sites. You will lease apartments, renew leases, and generate qualified leads while delivering exceptional service with professionalism and integrity.

Travel between assigned properties is required to meet operational needs, and you will coordinate tours, applications, and move-ins in a fast-paced environment where resident satisfaction is paramount.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, tours, and follow-up with prospects.
• Achieve occupancy targets and explain terms and policies clearly.
• Maintain show-ready models, amenities, and office spaces.
• Process applications, screenings, and verifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Support marketing, outreach, and social media efforts.
