Job summary

The Neiders Company LLC, headquartered in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support a small portfolio of nearby communities. You will conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare lease documentation with a focus on service excellence.

This multi-site role requires travel between properties, a positive approach, and the ability to manage resident relations, move-in coordination, and compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; multifamily housing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse prospects and residents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities, including tours, phone/email communication, and prospect follow-up.
• Process rental applications, screening reports, credit/background checks, and verifications.
• Maintain an upbeat, welcoming, and solutions-oriented approach in all interactions with residents.
