You will guide prospects through applications and lease documentation, build relationships with residents, and support lease renewals while maintaining accurate records and assisting with marketing efforts. This role emphasizes friendly, professional service in a dynamic apartment community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.
• Experience with social media platforms and Canva.
• Previous leasing or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide community and apartment tours.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online leasing inquiries.
• Assist prospects through the leasing process, including applications and lease documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Support resident retention efforts, including lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Ensure the leasing office and model apartments are clean, organized, and ready to show.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the community in a professional and friendly manner.
