Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied.
• Perform leasing best practices by greeting prospective clients, answering calls, and determining needs.
• Professionally presenting the community and apartment homes; utilizing feature/benefit selling.
• Closing the sale and following up with leads and applicants.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork; maintain documentation according to policy.
