Princeton Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to attract prospective residents, maintain high occupancy, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role emphasizes clear communication, tour facilitation, and accurate leasing documentation to support a smooth resident experience.

Applicants should have strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or property management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents, sharing details about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Conduct property tours, showcase apartments, and address inquiries.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, explaining lease terms and rental agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, resolving concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
