Revised Personnel is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent to join a fast-paced apartment community. The role focuses on building relationships with prospective residents, marketing available units, and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

The ideal candidate will excel at customer service, communication, and multitasking, while maintaining a professional appearance and supporting the team in daily leasing operations.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic computer and email skills required.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Build relationships with property managers, residents, and prospects.
• Respond to leasing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community policies.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong closing ratios.
• Assist with resident retention and customer satisfaction.
• Help maintain the appearance and professionalism of the leasing office and model units.
• Utilize property management software such as Yardi or CRM systems when applicable.
